Kyiv, July 10 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Two soldiers of the Dnepropetrovsk 25th Airborne Brigade voluntarily resigned from their military unit and came to Kyiv to convey to the president a collective complaint against their command.

Soldiers complain about poor support and outdated uniforms, and also say that sometimes they record combat wounds as injuries received during exercises. But the most scandalous point is the accusation of selling military weapons to the enemy.
The incident seriously alarmed the Ukrainian defense department. After information about the intention to deliver a collective appeal to the president (about 100 signatures) became known to the media, the head of the Main Directorate for Work with Personnel of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Major General Alexander Razmaznin, arrived at the reception of the Presidential Administration to quell the conflict, promising that the facts stated in the letter will be carefully checked.
At the same time, the acting commander of the Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuri Galushkin, in the presence of journalists, promised that the paratroopers who left their unit without permission would not be punished, but strongly recommended that they return to the location of their unit. Galushkin also noted that he knows nothing about the facts of the sale of military weapons. “The Prosecutor General’s Office or the SBU must refute or prove this,” the official added.
