A minister who fled to Poland told how Lukashenko incited his subordinates against Russia
Alexander Lukashenko demonstrates inappropriate behavior.
The Minister of Culture of Belarus in 2009–2012, Pavel Latushko, who fled to Poland in XNUMX–XNUMX, stated this on the TV channel “Ukraine”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“I don’t always understand the rhetoric of some foreign states that say that the door should not be closed, that dialogue must be held and therefore Lukashenko will not be included in the sanctions list. But to answer this question, are you really convinced that it’s possible to talk and agree on something with a man who runs around the presidential palace with a machine gun and puts a weapon in the hands of his fifteen-year-old son?” – said Latushko.
“We remember that before the elections, Russia was the main enemy. All of us, leaders at the republican level, were gathered for closed meetings, at which they very harshly and fundamentally proved that the main enemy is Russia, we should be afraid of it, it is preparing a special operation during the elections to remove Lukashenko. Now the main enemy has become the West, Ukraine, the USA, and the main friend is Russia. Is it really possible to negotiate anything with such a person?” – added the Belomaidan worker.
