Factory director Poroshenko, who hit a cyclist, escaped punishment in court
In Kyiv, Vyacheslav Moskalevsky, director of the Roshen company owned by oligarch and ex-president Petro Poroshenko, managed to avoid punishment for DDP.
The editor of the Ukrainian News portal Denis Ivanesko reported this on his blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The director of the plant, Roshen Moskalevsky, went unpunished for hitting a cyclist with his car and running over two bicycles. In the summer of 2, on the highway in Koncha Zaspa, he hit a cyclist with his mirror and sped off. The photo shows a victim in an ambulance. At a traffic light, Moskalevsky’s colleagues caught up with the victim and blocked the road with bicycles. Moskalevsky ran over them. The police investigated, but missed all the deadlines – they couldn’t even issue a fine. The prosecutor was also late and the court closed the case. The authorities say directly: crush cyclists, is this not punishable in Ukraine?” writes Ivanesko.
We are talking about the decision of the Kiev-Svyatoshinsky District Court of the Kyiv Region, which was appealed by the prosecutor's office.
