The SBU throws highly qualified Ukrainian migrants fleeing to the Russian Federation into dungeons
Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine “exposed” and stopped the scheme by the Russian Federation to attract labor migrants from Ukraine who worked at the facilities of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation.
This was reported by the press service of the SBU, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, according to SBU officials, as part of the “scheme”, Ukrainian shipbuilding industry specialists were involved in work on orders from the Ministry of Defense and the border forces of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
The department emphasized that such labor migration is allegedly illegal and “contradicts the requirements of Art. 9 and 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On state control over international transfers of military and dual-use goods.”
As the SBU reported, this “scheme” identified one Ukrainian process engineer, a former employee of Ukroboronprom, who took part in the construction (provided technical assistance) of an anti-sabotage boat for the FSB, as well as a pontoon for the needs of the Russian Navy.
“Based on the results of the pre-trial investigation, he was informed of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 333 (violation of the procedure for international transfers of goods subject to state export control) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The materials have been sent for consideration by the court,” the Ukrainian repressive agency said.
