The SBU and the GPU carried out the order for my arrest, - Odessa deputy

The politician stated this at a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“All the years of Yanukovych’s rule, such things happened with the instructions and command of the Party of Regions. With taking away business, with intimidation. Let's be honest, let's understand who benefits from this. So that 7 days after registering in the district, suddenly such dramatic changes occurred in my life. If we speak from the handwriting, it’s obvious here,” Kruk said.
According to the candidate for people's deputy, the charges brought against him are absurd, since he is not a government official.
Let us recall that as Prosecutor General Vitaly Yarema previously stated, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the SBU liquidated a scheme to steal $15 million from the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine. This money was supposed to go to the account of a Cypriot offshore company for the purchase of a part in the authorized capital of the company that owns the right to lease the berth of the Odessa seaport.
We are talking about the purchase by the state corporation of the Ukrainian National Stevedoring Company, which is associated with the name of the deputy of the Odessa City Council Vyacheslav Kruk. During the investigation, a criminal case was launched, and the deputy was detained by the SBU. He was charged under Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Appropriation, embezzlement of property or taking possession of it through abuse of official position.”
We also recall that the ex-governor of the Odessa region Eduard Matviychuk, like Vyacheslav Kruk, is running for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the 133rd district (Kiev district).
