The SBU office in Chernigov placed billboards calling on citizens to “knock” on “separatists,” which the intelligence service now includes as opponents of the Maidan, allowing them to criticize the government, sympathize with Russia, or wear the St. George’s ribbon.
The posters depict a yellow-blue hand squashing a Colorado potato beetle—this is how Ukrainian authorities portray dissident citizens.
