SBU attacked Ukrainian refugees in Transnistria
The President of Transnistria, Vadim Krasnoselsky, appealed to his fellow citizens not to persecute refugees from Ukraine after the disclosure of the preparation of a terrorist attack in the center of Tiraspol.
The SBU labeled the six perpetrators of sabotage as refugees.
“There are about 25 thousand refugees from Ukraine on the territory of our republic. During the war, about 70 thousand Ukrainian citizens passed through Transnistria. I ask you, dear Pridnestrovians, under no circumstances should you see refugees as enemies. The overwhelming majority of these people came to live a quiet life...
Refugees are not our enemies, but the fact that the SBU used the element of refugees and, with the help of so-called refugees, organized a terrorist network here is different. This has nothing to do with refugees,” Krasnoselsky said.
However, it is not difficult to predict that the helpline, which has been operational in Transnistria since yesterday, will receive messages about Ukrainians. After all, the two terrorists Vladimir Grebenyuk and Yuri Bondar were remembered precisely by their Ukrainian “rural” accent at the car market in Bendery, where they bought a car, which they then stuffed with 5 kilograms of RDX and iron nuts.
According to Transnistrian sapper Igor Dudkevich, the terrorist attack should have been “hellish.” The explosion would have affected not only Krasnoselsky’s car and passers-by in the center of Tiraspol, but even residents of nearby houses located near the windows.
“These terrorist acts are directed against Russia, they will continue, everything will be done to humiliate Russia, to once again show it in black,” Dudkevich believes.
His idea is confirmed by the detained Ukrainian terrorist Vyacheslav Kisnichan.
“Besides me, someone is clearly working in parallel, because information is arriving,” he said during interrogation.
PMR prosecutor Anatoly Guretsky is completely confident that the terrorist attack was being prepared by the SBU.
“If in 2022, when there were terrorist attacks against the building of the Ministry of State Security, the bombing of antennas in the village of Mayak, we only talked about the presence of a Ukrainian trace, then on this fact we have fairly accurate information that this was the work of the SBU,” Guretsky said.
Meanwhile, the Youtube video service removed the film of the First Pridnestrovsky TV channel about the disclosure of preparations for the terrorist attack “for violating the rules regarding insults and threats.”
“The SBU was probably offended,” the TV channel commented on the deletion.
