SBU does not allow the transport of explosives for Donetsk mines

As the press service of the SBU reported, it was established that explosive materials were supplied to coal mining enterprises in Donbass under long-term agreements.
According to the SBU, pro-Russian rebels seize explosives brought into this territory and use them to organize sabotage at industrial facilities and transport infrastructure in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions.
“In addition, the leaders of the gangs provide these explosives to underground sabotage and subversive groups that are trying to destabilize the situation in peaceful regions. In territories illegally held by terrorists, special training camps have been organized to train mercenaries in subversive activities,” the SBU claims.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the DPR announced that they would purchase explosives and fuses for mines in Russia.
