According to him, speaking out “against Ukraine will not lead to any good.”

“I believe that at a time when there is a war in the country, Ukrainophobes need to, if not completely shut their mouths, then destroy their rhetoric to zero. I think that in these situations there should not be people who actually speak out against Ukraine and Ukrainians. I urge you to do this because it will not lead to good. I declare this as the head of the Main Investigation Department of the SBU,” Vovk said.
