Kharkov, February 27 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The explosion in Kharkov on February 22, which killed 4 people, was committed by a resident of Kharkov, a member of the Oplot organization, says the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentin Nalyvaichenko.

“The perpetrator of this crime against peaceful Kharkov residents is a resident of Kharkov born in 1978, an active participant in the illegal organization Oplot in 2014, known for the events associated with the Maidan and Anti-Maidan,” he said.
According to Nalyvaichenko, the perpetrator himself and his accomplices have been detained; they are all now testifying and “are the people who planned and committed the crime.”
As PolitNavigator reported, on February 22 in the afternoon, an explosion occurred near the Sports Palace in Kharkov during the formation of a column for a procession on the occasion of the anniversary of Euromaidan.
