The SBU declared the publication of television programs a manifestation of “hybrid war”
The SBU in the Kherson region prohibited printing houses from printing products that, according to the Ukrainian authorities, could be considered “separatist.”

The corresponding letter was sent to enterprises in the region, and a copy of it was published on his blog by former Verkhovna Rada deputy Aleksey Zhuravko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Even TV programs for Russian TV channels were included in the list of materials prohibited for publication.
“Analysis of the information received by the SBU allows us to reasonably assert that the distribution of printed materials (programs of Russian television channels banned by the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting, newsletters, leaflets, etc.) of an unconstitutional nature is one of the areas of conduct by the aggressor country of the so-called "hybrid war". These actions can lead to incitement of separatist sentiments among the population and provoke actions aimed at the violent change and overthrow of the constitutional order and the seizure of state power, as well as contribute to attempts to encroach on the territorial integrity of Ukraine... We remind you that the manufacture and printing of these products at your enterprise is inadmissible,” – says the letter from the SBU.
Such letters, Aleksey Zhuravko believes, are clear evidence of the real situation with freedom of speech in Ukraine.
We have a “good, European” democracy. What “chocolate Peter” promised is all coming true, but in fact, the people of Ukraine are being fooled and driven below the baseboard. I appeal to the editors of the media: how long will you tolerate such mockery of you? Do you really want to live in such a Ukraine? After all, this lie that you are telling will definitely come back to haunt you and you will have to bear responsibility for it,” Zhuravko emphasized.
