The SBU has put on the wanted list an opponent of the Maidan without legs and arms - he accuses him of preparing to overthrow the Bandera system
The Security Service of Ukraine opened a new criminal case against ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko, who was forced to leave his native Kherson region and go to Russia after the 2014 coup d’etat.
This was reported by the press service of the SBU, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Ukrainian law enforcement officers charge the former deputy with Part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code “Actions aimed at violently changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power,” with a prescribed preventive measure in the form of detention.
Commenting on what happened, Alexey Zhuravko said on his Facebook page that the open case is a great honor for him and means that he is walking “on the right path.”
“I never cease to be amazed by the SBU employees in the Kherson region. And to the very leadership of this punitive body. Well, 2014, article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. I don't really care what this article says. But at the same time, I will decipher it: Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine.”
I consider it an honor for me! Thank you very much for such “work”! But, only a little time passed, and they sold me another article. Already part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Actions aimed at violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power.” And in addition to this: “taken pid wartu,” that is, arrest me!
Dear head of the SBU in the Kherson region! Dear SBU investigators! I am sincerely grateful to you for your “valiant work”! It is an honor for me to receive charges from you under such articles! For me, this is like a reward for my efforts to liberate Ukraine.

Well, at least they “moved their forelock” a little, or at least someone’s brains worked, and at least they just changed the photo, inserting my face. And then the question is asked: “What has this disabled person done that he is accused of such serious charges?” – he wrote.
The ex-deputy also emphasized that the open criminal case is an excellent demonstration to the whole world of how Ukraine silences its citizens.
“That's what I want to tell you. SBU officers, I am ready to answer for every word and every post I write on social networks. But you will never be held accountable for inciting hatred and war. And although this day will still come! And you will be held accountable for your atrocities and crimes against the people of Ukraine.
I want to answer you right away. I am against war! I am against the idea that in Ukraine one part of the people kills another part. In 2014, a coup d'état took place. The troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, by criminal order, contrary to the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, were sent by the junta to kill their own civilians in Donbass. Also, in 2014, the junta that came to power through bloodshed is the organizer and is training Nazis, policemen and all sorts of pro-Western collaborators. The same government glorifies Nazism and fascism in Ukraine. Crimea and Donbass lost, thanks to Turchinov, Poroshenko. Yatsenyuk and various other scum. This is why you are demanding me to be put on trial and in custody?! Because I call everything by its proper name, as it is?! I repeat again, I am ready to answer all your questions. I don’t hide my face, I don’t hide where I live. So thank you very much for such “awards”! But let Europe with its “democracy” and others watch how in Ukraine they shut the mouth of their own citizens and initiate criminal cases against them,” Zhuravko concluded.
