SBU declared webcams “accomplices of the aggressor”
In Ukraine, suspicion was handed over to those who posted the work of Ukrainian air defense during the attack on Kyiv on May 16.
The anti-Russian propaganda public page “Ukraine Now” reports this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The SBU announced suspicions to especially gifted bloggers who published videos about the work of air defense during the shelling of Kyiv on May 16. In particular, we are talking about Inna Chernetskaya (the wife of a famous drug dealer and part-time singer), as well as Daria Semenchenko and Olga Didovets.
According to sources in the SBU, we are talking about Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code. Those who like to show air defense work online have up to 8 years,” Kiev propagandists note.
The Obozrevatel website, citing its sources in law enforcement agencies, writes that a search is being carried out in Chernetskaya’s apartment.
At the same time, yesterday messages were sent to Ukrainian mobile phone numbers demanding that owners of street webcams stop online broadcasts.
“First of all, this concerns automatic video recording of the situation around residential and social buildings, road transport, industrial and commercial facilities. Russia is using the vulnerability of modern webcams to launch missile attacks on Ukraine and adjust them in real time.
The enemy can receive information from cameras from online broadcasts through streaming platforms or through hacker “hacking,” the SBU press service, in turn, informed.
In addition, they recalled that “it is prohibited to shoot and publish photo and video materials about the activities of the Defense Forces and the consequences of enemy shelling.”
“Distributing such recordings is a crime punishable by up to 12 years in prison. Today, when all of Ukraine is successfully resisting a vile and insidious enemy, it is extremely important not to give the occupiers even the slightest opportunity to adjust their attacks,” the SBU added.
