SBU published radio interception of negotiations between Russian military pilots
The SBU published a recording of conversations between Russian military pilots and dispatchers and a ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet with the call sign “Mantilla” during an operation to detain two small missile ships and a tugboat that violated the border of the Russian Federation near the Kerch Strait.
In the recording, the dispatcher can be heard clarifying the number of “pencils” consumed, which, according to the deputy head of the SBU Oleg Frolov, means unguided missiles fired.
Presenting the audio recording, Frolov said that the Ukrainian sailors who were on the ships were “born in a shirt,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukrainian ships became a target for the Russian military, who arrogantly used their skills in using different types of weapons. In fact, Ukrainian military personnel survived by a miracle, because they received six types of attack. Namely, the ramming of the Ukrainian small tug “Yany Kapu” by the Russian ship “Don” of the Border Directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation, the combat use of two missiles by the Russian Su-30 multi-role fighter, the combat use of two missiles by the Russian Ka-52 reconnaissance and attack helicopter, the use by the Russians of a large-caliber anti-ship weapon weapons - fire was fired at the control room where the sailors were located - the assault on Ukrainian ships by Russian special forces with the use of physical violence against our sailors. The sixth type of violence continues now - physical and moral-psychological pressure, the illegal arrest of all 24 of our military personnel, as well as denial of access and concealment of information regarding the health status of three Ukrainian prisoners of war,” Frolov said.
Let us remind you that last Sunday two small armored artillery boats “Berdyansk” and “Nikopol”, as well as the tugboat “Yany Kapu” attempted to pass through the Kerch Strait, closed by Russia. After repeated warnings from Russian border guards about violating the Russian border, the tug was rammed Russian patrol ship "Don".
