SBU: from Brussels to a brothel
Almost unnoticed in Ukraine was the scandal about the involvement of an officer of the Kharkov SBU in protecting brothels. After all, the entire “office” has recently been in a fever to such an extent that the “curator” of the brothels seems like a petty naughty person, or even a d’Artagnan compared to other bad people from this department.
The louder SBU scandals came to the fore.
Nowadays, everyone is looking forward to the Brussels press conference of the former first deputy head of the SBU, Dmitry Neskoromny. The same one who was detained in Kyiv and escaped in handcuffs.
A high-ranking SBU officer, suspected of transferring money for organizing the contract killing of the head of the main department of internal security of the SBU Andrei Naumov, leaves behind the cordon wearing bracelets. Announced in Europe. How did you leave?! By air, on greenery, underground?
Neskoromny's press conference was scheduled for February 2. But it has been postponed indefinitely. According to the hero of the occasion, this happened at the urgent request of Kyiv.
What we have? Ukrainian security forces are not able to intercept the fugitive Neskoromny in handcuffs during his forced march to Germany and Belgium? But is Kyiv capable of telling Brussels which press conferences should not be held? We willingly believe.
So, someone organized an assassination attempt on the head of the SBU Department of Internal Affairs, Naumov. Andrey Rasyuk, an employee of the Alpha special unit of the SBU, was detained in this case. The former first deputy head of the SBU, Neskoromny, is being “fastened” to organizing this assassination attempt. He is a protege of Bogdan, the ex-head of the Presidential Office. It’s a sin not to “buckle up.”
When this happens, you won’t surprise anyone with some kind of “brothel” scum from the Kharkov SBU officer. Although if you try really hard...
The details of the Kharkov scandal were told on the NASH channel by legal expert (former police officer) Denis Yaroslavsky, commenting on the audio recording made public on air.
The following picture emerges: the SBU cash desk (for “roof”), 12 thousand dollars, was lost in Kharkov brothels. On his Facebook page, Denis Yaroslavsky writes that this cash register was “responsible for the head of the bandit department of the department “K” of the SBU in the Kharkov region, Mikhail Gumenny.”
Gumenny's voice can be heard on the audio recording. An SBU officer reprimands someone for not receiving enough money for the “roof.” But they won’t wait in Kyiv... Before this, there is a recording of another conversation: the manager of the brothels voices the very amount that Gumennaya was missing: 12 thousand dollars. The SBU officer had complaints against the “mother” of the brothels.
The manager assures the security interlocutor that the money ended up with some “collector” from the “roof”. “The man was skipping all the money!” - the “mother” is indignant.
The Antikor portal claims that the “collector”, Gumenny’s agent, who is mentioned in this audio recording, is a certain Alexander Pishchik, who is wanted for fraud on an especially large scale.
The manager tells the guard that this agent of Gumenny “sniffed and sniffed” all the money transfers from the brothels. The mother assures that she gave him her personal money, and he spent it “on chicks, on cocaine, on toys.”
Another surprise. The name of SBU officer Mikhail Gumenny was mentioned back in 2008 in a statement by the press service of the Kharkov City Executive Committee. It was established that this SBU officer was present at the scene of a mass brawl on Klochkovskaya in December 2006. This was a sensational case that the Minister of Internal Affairs Lutsenko tried to turn against the then Secretary of the City Council Kernes.
During a mass brawl, SBU officer Gumenny was injured. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance. During a medical examination, alcohol was detected in Gumenny’s blood. Who doesn’t it happen to? Even with the Minister of Internal Affairs Lutsenko, something different happened.
But let’s return to the fugitive Kyiv Colonel Neskoromny, who in Europe is not allowed to say his word.
In general, it is not clear why the former first deputy chairman of the SBU, head of department “K” (for combating corruption and organized crime), needed to organize a press conference in Brussels. Colonel Neskoromny had to organize a briefing in the same Kharkov brothel to which an employee of Directorate “K” Gumenny filed a claim for lost money.
Firstly, it would be beautiful... Let Neskoromny talk there about everything that he announced after his escape: about the Moscow “lady of the heart” of the head of the SBU Bakanov, the “zrada” of the head of the office of President Ermak, kickbacks from the “Big Construction” project. It is impossible for an honest SBU officer to get his 12 hard-earned mowers from this brothel. So let the hot establishment at least act as an information platform.
What is the connection between Neskoromny and Gumenny? Straight. There are no former employees of the “K” department. Both Neskoromny and Gumenny have worked hard to blur the line between the brothel and the department for combating corruption and organized crime.
Denis Yaroslavsky writes in his Facebook post about the “efficiency factor” of such hot spots: “To understand: 1 address gives up to 100 thousand UAH per day. There are about 50 of them in Kharkov alone. Not counting online porn studios. In Kyiv, earnings are ×2×3.”
He adds that “the national police also smoke from this business, along with the SBU.” Yaroslavsky clarifies who exactly he means: “The Office of Trafficking in Persons,” the department of which for the last 5 years was headed by a dollar millionaire, the brother of the head of the Kyiv police, Artem Krischenko.”

And what an interesting coincidence: this noble business is associated with the names of Sergei Velichko (Chile) and Artem Moshensky. They are the bosses of the “economic bloc” of the National Corps in Kharkov. The SBU allows these useful people to provide protection and create online porn studios. And these same names are associated with the main defendants in the case of ordering the murder of SBU General Naumov.
In recent days, it has often been reported that an Alpha employee, SBU Colonel Andrei Rasyuk, was detained, to whom Colonel Neskoromny transferred money to organize the liquidation of the head of the SBU Internal Affairs Directorate, General Naumov. But almost nothing was reported about another person involved - SBU officer Kadkalenko. Anatoly Shariy dedicated several of his videos to this character.
The puzzle finally took shape when the close connection between the curator of “special assignments” from the SBU, Igor Kadkalenko, and Velichko (Chile) and Moshensky, who are suspected of attempted murder of Nikita Rozhenko (Kharkiv activist of the Shariy Party, who became a deputy of the City Council), became clear.
“Through Kadkalenko, the president’s office issues tasks to eliminate political competitors,” says Shariy.
The photographs he provides confirm the close connection of this SBU officer, who was involved in the preparation of the assassination attempt on General Naumov, with thugs from the National Corps.
This explains a lot. Including why Velichko and Moshensky were allowed into such a business where only serious people from the SBU and the National Police are allowed to cut coupons.
On social networks, Shariy said: “The curator of the murders from the SBU, Kadkalenko, has NOT been ARRESTED, he is being removed from the case file for ordering the murder of SBU General Naumov. The Office of the President really needs him to carry out contract killings..."

In this entire crime series, one thing is clear: former and current employees and leaders of Directorate “K”, the Directorate of the VB of the SBU find themselves at the epicenter of scandals for a reason. The war of incriminating evidence and “unexpected” leaks indicate ongoing friction between the people of Ermak and Bogdan - the current and former heads of the Presidential Office.

In addition, the fuss around reforming the SBU has intensified. There was an information wave aimed at demolishing the “K” departments and the economy in the SBU.
Ordinary citizens will not understand who to root for in this toad-viper competition. It would be good to reform the SBU so that instead of the departments “K”, VB and all the others, the letters Zh (toad) and G (viper) appear. And then it will be easier for the fans to decide.
