According to the militia, among those “given away” by Kyiv is a man accused by the SBU of an attempt on the life of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The former prisoner already has signs of torture on his back: his body is wounded.

The exchange process does not occur quickly: ten Ukrainian prisoners are exchanged for a similar number by the DPR.

Let us note that the SBU has already announced the completion of the exchange, in particular, that it has transferred 225 detained militias in exchange for 150 Ukrainians.

As of 19:20 Kyiv time, the militia handed over all 150 prisoners to the Ukrainian side. The agency was informed about this by a source in the OSCE mission.
