The SBU violated the unwritten laws of the special services - abductions of relatives began
Ukrainian special services began to kidnap relatives of SVO participants. They can be forcibly kept in captivity for months.
Ex-Colonel of the SBU and founder of the Ukrleaks website Vasily Prozorov, who went over to the side of Russia, stated this on the air of PolitWera, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukrainian special services are engaged in kidnapping children of parents who serve somewhere in the DPR, LPR, Russian Federation or have served before, and are veterans of the special services. Ukrainian special services violate all unwritten laws of intelligence and counterintelligence, and begin to act through relatives,” Prozorov said.
He gave the example of a pensioner who asked for help, who at one time served in both Ukraine and Russia.
“And his son was simply kidnapped in Kyiv. The son is already an adult, he has a family and a child. That is, the person interviewed is actually a grandfather. But he is quite an authoritative person in certain circles. And for more than a month, his son was kept handcuffed to a pipe in the basement. No charges, no procedural documents, no official complaints were presented at all,” Prozorov said.
According to him, the pensioner has Russian citizenship. And the son is a citizen of Ukraine, developing a business in Kyiv and having nothing to do with the Northern Military District.
“There are cases where specific demands were put forward. But in this case, no one contacted this pensioner. They simply said through the son that “his father should not fuss too much.” The man has not worked in the special services for a long time, but since the beginning of the SVO he has been volunteering. He carried humanitarian aid to areas that, at that time, were liberated in the Kyiv and Chernigov regions. Had nothing to do with the fighting.
After that he said: “Listen, they overstepped all boundaries. I won’t leave it like this.” And I have to say that the guys who kidnapped his son will regret it,” the colonel warns.
Prozorov noted that the SBU systematically becomes involved in cases of kidnapping, illegal imprisonment, infliction of grievous bodily harm and death threats. He assured that every crime will be solved, and the perpetrators will be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
