SBU showed summer video with captured Russian tank crews

“In the video, a Russian tank crew was captured by Ukrainian fighters,” the SBU said in a statement. According to the head of the main investigation department of the SBU, Vasily Vovk, Russian military personnel - two tank crews and two paratroopers - spoke about their participation on the side of the militia.
On camera, the servicemen say their names and numbers of the units where they serve: the 6th separate tank brigade of the Western Military District of military unit 54096 and the 31st air assault brigade of military unit 73612.
According to Vovk, Donbass fighters captured a tank crew when they were leaving the encirclement. Subsequently, the Ukrainian military themselves were taken hostage and provided the video to the SBU only after leaving captivity.
