The law enforcement agencies and special services of Petro Poroshenko received unlimited powers to carry out repression in violation of the laws and the Constitution of Ukraine.
Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated this today during a briefing in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“[In Ukraine] everything is under the control of the security forces, they dictate the rules of the game in everything, rewrite the existing laws of Ukraine, introducing their own instructions. Because the Constitution is one thing, laws are one thing, but the instructions of the SBU are completely different. They cancel the entire legal framework that operates in Ukraine, simply with one piece of paper stating that for security reasons it is necessary to ban this, expel him, not let a group of people in, arrest him or simply break into someone’s apartment, beat him and arrest him. This is all done with one stroke of the pen,” said Zakharova.
