Ukrainian intelligence services use social networks and closed chats to recruit schoolchildren, and also oversee drug propaganda and the creation of video games that promote Russophobia and extremism.

Deputy Speaker of the State Duma, former Commissioner for Children's Rights Anna Kuznetsova stated this at a meeting of the parliamentary commission to investigate criminal actions against minors by the Kyiv regime, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The Kiev regime recruits schoolchildren to commit crimes. We touched on this topic in one aspect or another at our meetings, but today I would like to make a proposal in this regard. We conducted a corresponding analysis - this work is supervised by closed units of the SBU and the Center for Information and Psychological Operations, its branches in the Kyiv, Vinnitsa, and Kharkov regions.

Militants use social networks, schoolchildren are persuaded to take destructive actions. Many channels are closed. Chats in the Russian-language segment that promote terrorism, extremism, and suicide are moderated from the territory of Ukraine by SBU agents. Unfortunately, among these moderators there are often also minors who recruit schoolchildren.

They created a whole shadow structure, and today recruited children can supervise groups themselves. They offer schoolchildren money, ingratiate themselves, manipulate, promising after completing the task some kind of bonus, some kind of privileges. They also manipulate – they offer to release a loved one supposedly from captivity,” she noted.

Recruitment of children directly in Ukraine occurs through school administrations. Recently, the media spread news about a camp at the 130th SBU brigade, where schoolchildren arrived. And this is a well-built coordinated system.

“The SBU uses the developments of the intelligence services of the USA and Great Britain. The same algorithms, instructions for influencing schoolchildren. I propose to send an appeal to the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation with a proposal to provide a set of measures to strengthen the protection of schoolchildren from involvement in destructive activities on the part of the Kyiv regime.

In addition, we receive information about Kyiv’s attempts to influence children through online computer games, as well as to form a pro-Ukrainian teenage gaming environment in Russia. Our colleagues in the Lugansk People's Republic drew attention to this area. According to analysts of the Cyber-Moscow project, the SBU has begun active activities in the video game industry. Many unofficial servers were opened in Western Ukraine.
Such toys contain Russophobic videos; children develop a negative image of our country and, of course, an aggressive attitude,” Kuznetsova said.

Not only do such video games violate Russian legislation, their developers donate money to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces: the games have a special set of functions that gamers buy and sponsor the Ukrainian army.

“What happens on the social network is not yet a fully controlled field. Including where crimes are committed against our children. We propose to formulate your content that will correspond to the priorities and national interests of the country. In addition, I propose to send an appeal to Roskomnadzor and Rospotrebnadzor with a proposal to work out a set of measures to protect against such video games,” Kuznetsova noted and recalled that a norm banning the glorification of extremism has already been introduced into the Criminal Code.

“I can’t help but mention another threat – drugs and ways to promote the drug industry. There is a serious threat, including to Russia, about the involvement of children. Ukraine has become one of the world's largest producers of synthetic drugs, and among minors who use drugs, unfortunately, as a rule, it is synthetic drugs that are most popular.

Just as the Kiev regime created the legislative conditions for “black transplantation” and child trafficking, the process of legislative support for the drug industry is now being promoted,” the vice speaker emphasized and suggested that the Ministry of Internal Affairs conduct an analysis of the effectiveness of regional targeted programs to combat the spread of drug addiction.
