The SBU complained that the Russians took advantage of the atmosphere of “catching saboteurs” in Ukraine
The atmosphere of spy mania in Ukraine, where “Russian spies” are caught on the streets in Kyiv and other besieged cities, has played a cruel joke on the Ukrainian security forces.
This follows from a recent message from the SBU press service, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Cases have been recorded when data about alleged traitors and saboteurs are deliberately thrown into the information field, their names and car numbers are published - with a call to immediately detain them. Often such “stuffing” is directed against law enforcement officers and the military,” the SBU reported.
In this way, clashes and shootouts are provoked between detachments of armed Nazis, which are lamented by the Ukrainian special service.
“The goal is obvious – to sow discord and provoke clashes and shooting between the defenders of Ukraine,” the SBU warns.
