The people's deputy himself announced this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They haven’t been able to find anything for four years now, so they came up with a new falsification. They are using another criminal procedure and came up with a fake about allegedly financing terrorism - supposedly some products are supplied to the “DPR” or “LPR,” the people’s deputy said.
Rybalka also released a court order on the searches. According to him, the document was in the state registry, “and then disappeared - not by chance, because it shows the details of the falsification of the case and will be evidence in court.”
According to the document, the case of the conversion center in Sumy involves the production facilities of Snack Export LLC in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
At the same time, he accused the head of the SBU department in the Sumy region, Vladislav Kosinsky, of falsification.
“Kosinsky, who took an active part in the destruction of the same business during the Yanukovych regime. Then he was a confidant of former SBU official Sergei Ganzha, who is suspected of organizing the execution of participants in the Revolution of Dignity and is suspected of treason,” Rybalka said.
On June 23, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko said that the people's deputy from the Radical Party faction, Sergei Rybalka, owns an enterprise in Lipetsk, Russia, which transfers millions of hryvnia offshore.
