This was reported in the press service of the SBU.

According to the Ukrainian spy service, French deputies traveled to the “Autonomous Republic of Crimea” without the consent of Kiev and contrary to the “Procedure for entry into and exit from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine,” approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 367 of June 4, 2015.

“Such actions by French citizens contradict the interests of national security and encroach on the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine,” the SBU said.

In particular, the following were banned: Thierry Mariani, Yves Pozzo di Borgo, Nicolas Duic, Claude Goazgen, Jerome Lambert, Yannick Moreau, Patrice Vercher, Marie-Christine Dalloz, Sauveur Gandolfi-Chait, Jacques Miyard.

Also, Advisor to the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Georgy Logvinsky said that French deputies who visited Crimea face up to eight years in prison with confiscation of a vehicle and a ban on holding certain positions.
