SBU officers stopped an attempt by entrepreneurs from the DPR to seize the lands of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences worth more than 250 million hryvnia.

“The attackers, using false documents, registered 7,3 thousand hectares of agricultural land of the Academy, which are located in territory controlled by Ukraine, to dummies,” the report says.
The department clarified that the site belongs to the category of especially valuable land, and its value, according to the State GeoCadastre, is more than 250 million hryvnia.
“To legalize land ownership, a courier from the criminals came to Kyiv, and there a private notary carried out the illegal registration of documents. Subsequently, they made several fictitious resales of property rights in order to prevent potential lawsuits,” the report notes.
During searches at the notary's office, law enforcement officers seized documents that indicate the illegality of registration of property rights.
The court seized all land plots with an area of 7,3 thousand hectares.
