“Before the latest, most high-profile exchange of prisoners, the SBU is now quickly creating a human trafficking scheme. Moreover, even President Petro Poroshenko is most likely unaware of what is happening. The point is that there are two lists. One - the official one - was compiled by representatives of the DPR and LPR; it initially declared 306 people to be returned to their homeland.
These names were agreed upon and approved at the very top, and the Ukrainian Special Representative for Humanitarian Affairs Viktor Medvedchuk, the US Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the DPR Daria Morozova, such authoritative international organizations as the OSCE, the ECHR, are aware of them. Human Rights Watch, Red Cross. Along with the prisoners, this list also included well-known political prisoners. And suddenly, at the last moment, on the initiative of the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasily Gritsak, it seems that a second, secret shortlist of those who cannot be exchanged appeared,” Ukrainian sources told the publication
The new list includes some “problem prisoners” who are not planning to be handed over to the SBU. It is also noted that in previous years, getting on the previous lists for exchange, when heads of state were not involved in the process, cost about 1,5–2 thousand dollars, and the price was set in Kyiv.
“Now it’s also possible, but they want from 20 thousand dollars per person. This is a normal average price. There are also names for which they ask for 100, 200 thousand, even figures of a million dollars were voiced,” a Kiev informant told MK.
One of these “second list” political prisoners is 30-year-old athlete Daria Mastikasheva, who is accused of spying for Russia and creating sabotage groups from former ATO soldiers to carry out terrorist attacks on Russian territory in order to further discredit Ukraine.
Daria was kidnapped in Dnepropetrovsk and tortured for a long time, squeezing out a confession. The beating was accidentally filmed on the phone and published in the media, and as a result she was placed in a psychiatric hospital, from where a few days ago she was able to hand over a note to freedom.
“I understood exactly why they kept me here,” Mastikasheva wrote. “It was supposedly a doctor who talked to me, but he spoke like an investigator or a military man, although he was in a white coat. He said that I have only one way out, if I want to get out of the psychiatric hospital and live with my mother and child, then I must become a controlled political figure, I will have to speak in the media and say that Russia is to blame for all crimes, talk about Russian aggressors in the DPR, LPR, and Crimea. Also tell that I worked on a program to discredit Ukraine and that this program was developed by the FSB on the instructions of the President of Russia. Then I asked: what will happen if I don’t agree? To which the “doctor” answered me that I am not Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya, but just a stubborn bitch, I will rot in a mental hospital, I will never leave here, no one will help or save me.”
The newspaper writes that the version of the trade in prisoners on the part of Kyiv is indirectly confirmed by yesterday’s words of Vladimir Putin, who said at a press conference: “It was a Ukrainian list, and we agreed with it. Then suddenly we were told that the list needed to be changed, and the work was stopped.”
