The SBU captured a former military man from Crimea who was returning from relatives in Ukraine
The SBU announced the detention at the Chongar checkpoint of a military man from Crimea who went over to Russia in 2014, who had gone to visit his relatives in Ukraine.

“Law enforcement officers have established that a former serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine went over to the enemy’s side in 2014. He was on the all-Ukrainian wanted list for committing a criminal offense under Art. 408 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Special service operatives established that the attacker illegally entered the territory of Ukraine to visit his relatives and detained him at the Chongar checkpoint when he tried to return to Crimea. The deserter was transferred to the military prosecutor’s office,” the SBU reports.
As PolitNavigator found out, we are talking about the detention of a former military man. “This person left service after 2014,” said a source in the Black Sea Fleet.
