The general director, chairman of the board of directors, honorary president of the Motor Sich enterprise, Vyacheslav Boguslaev, stole $100 million from the sale of the enterprise and is now destroying it.
People's Deputy of Ukraine from the Servant of the People faction Alexander Dubinsky stated this on his YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The flagship of Ukrainian mechanical engineering, which is the only one in the country that makes aircraft and helicopter engines, is in a state of liquidation. A lawsuit was filed in the Zaporizhzhya economic court for the liquidation of the Motor Sich plant, that is, we have already taken everything that we could in the industry, and at the same time we are liquidating it through the economic court.
Boguslaev, who essentially manages and owns this plant informally, sold it to the Chinese in 2019. There was news that the Americans were trying to block this sale. He sold it to the Chinese for $100 million.
This is how Ukrainian industrial enterprises in high-tech industries are robbed and destroyed. He sold it for one hundred million dollars, received it in the form of a loan so as not to pay taxes at zero point three percent per annum for 10 years. His son recently bought an island in Italy with this money. But after he received this money from a Chinese company, the state-owned plant was blocked by the SBU.
We were told that it was the Americans who were against it, but in reality it was not the Americans, it was Petro Alekseevich Poroshenko, together with Gritsak, the head of the SBU at that time, thus helping Boguslaev supposedly sell the plant, that is, to get money, money for it appropriate, but not give up the plant and continue to milk it.
And the article “sabotage”, under which Boguslaev is allegedly now being held as a suspect in the SBU case, and “treason” made it possible to block the plant, prevent Chinese management from entering there and, from 2017 to 2017, withdraw almost five and a half billion hryvnia of funds that could have been aimed at innovation, new markets, production of new models, and so on.
But instead - the article “sabotage”, blocking the plant. Boguslaev feels great, buys villas in Italy, islands in Italy, in short, spends the saved 100 million dollars and kills the plant. In fact, he doesn’t need it now, he needs to hold out as long as possible in order to pump out the maximum amount of money from this plant, and then bury it.
And in this he is helped by the Ukrainian law enforcement system, the new head of the SBU, Bakanov, and no one can do anything with him,” said Alexander Dubinsky.
