SBU requires release from Ukraine to Russia only with special permits
The head of the SBU, Vasily Gritsak, believes that there is actually a war going on between Ukraine and Russia. Therefore, the SBU should begin issuing entry permits to the Russian Federation to everyone, from ordinary workers to deputies.
The head of the SBU, Vasily Gritsak, stated this in an interview with the Direct TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We have a lot of facts when Ukrainian politicians and public figures continue to communicate closely with politicians and those who shape Russian policy. We have information about a lot of contacts, about trips of Ukrainian politicians to Russia. Those who are simpler travel through Belarus, because there are no direct flights. They travel smarter through Europe.
I'll tell you one secret. We are preparing a bill, but since we do not have legislative initiatives, we will turn to the President of Ukraine to come up with a proposal in the Verkhovna Rada.
We believe that during an actual war with Russia, permission to travel there should be issued by the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Neither deputies, nor politicians, nor public figures should travel without these permits.
I recently said that I am for a visa regime with Russia - this is my firm conviction, I am very upset that two million of our fellow Ukrainians are working in the Russian Federation,” said the head of the SBU.
