“Joint groups of the SBU, the Central Election Commission and the State Communications Service conducted an inspection of the work of the regional segments of the Elections system. Physical security of the central server and its regional components has been ensured,” the message says.
“Any statements about allegedly successful unauthorized interventions in cyberspace by the Central Election Commission or elements of the Elections system are untrue. No hackers control anything,” said adviser to the head of the SBU Markiyan Lubkivsky.
“The SBU responsibly declares that the safe conduct of the election process will be ensured,” he added.
Earlier, a statement by the Internet group “CyberBerkut” appeared on the Internet that its members hacked the vote counting system on the CEC website and blocked its operation.
