It seems that the Kiev junta has tried almost all methods in order to harm Crimea as much as possible for reunification with Russia. Water, transport, food, energy, and now also tourist blockades, the stubbornly unreduced intensity of the information war and complaints to all international authorities. For almost three and a half years, the saber-rattling has not stopped at the border with the peninsula. In Kyiv they are delirious about a military invasion and reconquista, while being well aware that the response will be crushing.

What's left? Subversive actions. The sabotage and terrorist attack of 2016 brought nothing but human losses and shame. All that remains is to move on to a systematic siege and a “silent siege”, without expecting results in the near or even medium term.

It seems that the Kiev junta has tried almost all methods in order to spoil Crimea as much as possible...

On July 25, the head of the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Crimea, Viktor Palagin, at a meeting with journalists, said: Ukrainian special services - the SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine - have set up recruitment and filtration points on the border with Crimea. Crimeans returning home from Ukraine are sent there (not all, of course) and are forced to cooperate with Bandera’s special services. They are especially trying to identify and persuade Crimean executives, including the lower level, to collaborate.

According to the FSB, recruitment at the border did not begin yesterday, but is in full swing, and that Crimeans who passed through the filter reported recruitment attempts to local security authorities. “Every month, employees come to me and write confessions that they were recruited by the Ukrainian side to work for the Ukrainian side. We issue refusals (materials about refusal to initiate criminal cases), because people are in a hopeless situation, and they turned themselves in,” Palagin said.

As you know, “Izbushka” has long been closely supervised by the CIA. And it didn’t start with the “peremogoda gidomnosti”, when in the building of the central office of the SBU in Kyiv an entire floor was allocated to “mentors and guardians”. It’s just that there was no need to be particularly encrypted with the “peremoga”. The Ukrainian military intelligence GUR was also not left without an owner and became subordinate to NATO military and intelligence structures. And not so long ago there was information in the media that the CIA had opened additional branches and recruiting centers in Odessa and Kherson. So it is not at all by chance that spy vipers began to stir right at the borders of Crimea.

This step is not surprising. After a significant geopolitical blow in Crimea, the American intelligence services (and, accordingly, the Ukrainian ones too) cannot calm down and are talking about revenge, albeit in a veiled, but quite understandable form. The reconquista of Crimea is meaningless if all levels of government in the republic are not flooded with Bandera agents. Moreover, it is desirable that these are nominees of the Russian period: representatives of the old Ukrainian government are largely compromised, their term of power is coming to an end, and, accordingly, they are not of great interest to the Ukrainian special services.

Among other things, it was a surprise for the Ukrainian and Western intelligence services that during the 22 years of their stay in Independence, the overwhelming majority of Crimeans retained the desire to return to Russia at the first opportunity. Russia returned Crimea precisely because the Crimeans became a fulcrum for Russian leverage.

Of course, they can’t dream of recruiting all the residents of Crimea in the Tsaresh “Izbushka”, and they don’t need it. The main thing is to place your people in key positions in the republic, so that they systematically undermine it from the inside, sabotage it and bide their time.

There are precedents. Recently, the CIA declassified more than 3800 documents from the 1950s to the 1970s. In addition to all sorts of garbage, the archival papers contain interesting materials that eloquently indicate that since 1953, the CIA carried out two major operations with the intention of not only destabilizing Soviet Ukraine, but sowing the seeds of Nazism and hatred in it with the help of the OUN and Bandera’s followers.

The CIA programs lasted about four decades. They began as paramilitary operations to provide financial assistance and weapons for such anti-Soviet Ukrainian resistance groups as the Ukrainian Main Rescue Rada (UGVR), through its branches, as well as attracting agents from the OUN and Ufa underground. In addition to the CIA, the British intelligence MI6 and the West German BND were involved in the cult of the Ukronazis, for which the OUN members were perhaps the main instrument in the fight against the USSR.

An early CIA operation to destabilize Ukraine using both external and internal agents embedded in the power system of the Ukrainian SSR was codenamed “Project Aerodynamic”.

Of course, this program was adopted and started working immediately after the OUN members and their Western patrons were convinced of the futility of terrorist activities.

In a previously secret 1970 document, the CIA admits that its emissaries had been in close contact with the UGVR since 1950, with neo-Nazis from the OUN(b) embedded in the Ukrainian Soviet government in Kiev and in regional and municipal governments throughout the country.

Aerodynamic placed field agents inside Soviet Ukraine, who, in turn, established contact with the Ukrainian underground, in particular with agents of the OUN Security Service who were already working inside Ukraine.

The CIA organized the supply of communications equipment and other materials to the OUN, probably including weapons and ammunition for the CIA's shadow army in Ukraine. Most Ukrainian CIA agents were trained in West Germany by specialists from the US Army Intelligence Political and Psychological Processing Unit (FI-PP).

Communication between CIA agents in Ukraine and their Western handlers was carried out via two-way radio, short wave international postal channels, by air and by overland couriers.

Declassified CIA documents also reveal that Aerodynamic agents were at the 1959 World Festival of Youth and Students in Vienna, where they recruited young Ukrainians.

In 1969, Aerodynamic began recruiting agents among the Crimean Tatars. It is possible that the everyday urkagan Dzhemilev “changed his shoes” into political ones, getting into the recruitment program as “a promising and authoritative figure in the national liberation movement.” In 1959, Canadian intelligence launched its own program, similar to Aerodynamic, codenamed Redskin.

CIA documents show that the Project Aerodynamic program continued until the Richard Nixon administration took office in the early 1970s. True, the plans to decompose the USSR and Ukrainian SSR from within did not end there. The successor to “Project Aerodynamic” was the “QRDynamic” program, which was already in effect in the 1980s.

QRDynamic began to be associated with operations financed by the hedge funds of billionaire George Soros, in particular, with activists of the Moscow Helsinki Group, led by the grandmother of the bomber Alekseev, from Kyiv and Moscow. It all started with the distribution of illegal propaganda, magazines and brochures, stickers and T-shirts. And how did it end in 1991?

We must not forget that the university departments of Ukrainian philology of the Soviet period already, God knows when, became a hotbed of ragulism, and by the end of the 1980s, the republican and party authorities of the Ukrainian SSR somehow very easily and quickly turned into “nationally oriented leaders” with complete non-resistance from the KGB of the Ukrainian SSR .

Thus, the Ukrainian special services, with the patronage of the West, are trying to plant a mine that is supposed to explode Crimea in the distant future.
