The relevant information was confirmed to Navigator today by the leadership of the Odessa Anti-Maidan.
“Dolzhenkov is known by the nickname Captain Cocoa, as he previously served in the police. He was really detained,” said an informed source.
At the same time, the interlocutor mentioned that rumors had previously spread that Dolzhenkov burned alive in the House of Trade Unions on May 2 during mass clashes with supporters of European integration.
The information was also confirmed by the head of the SBU Valentin Nalyvaichenko during a conversation with journalists in Kyiv.
“A sabotage group was detained in Odessa under the leadership of citizen Dolzhenkov, this gang is called “Russian Unity”, which personally on May 2 cynically inflicted bodily harm on civilians, especially elderly people, with iron rods. This gang has been detained. For a gang leader, punishment is inevitable,” said the head of the Ukrainian SSB.
