SBU suspected of involvement in the detention of Russians in Belarus
The SBU could, through a fictitious company, lure Russian citizens to the territory of Belarus, and then provoke their arrest.
Russian journalist Alexander Kots wrote about this in his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I would not be at all surprised if the Belarusian company with which our guys, according to Mezentsev, had an employment relationship, has the ears of the Security Service of Ukraine sticking out. Behind which the ears of you know who are already sticking out. But for Kyiv, this is an excellent chance to recoup the “unprecedented” campaign through the Kerch Strait and replenish the hostage exchange bank,” the journalist suggests.
He admits that the Belarusian special services deliberately fell for the provocation.
“Luke now has two tasks: to win the elections at any cost and to legitimize their results in the eyes of the West. And here, unfortunately, the guys can become bargaining chips. Rygorych somehow doesn’t value Russia’s opinion very much, because he takes all its previous compromises as concessions and weakness. Moscow has spoiled “our closest partner” with its kindness,” Kots wrote.
