SBU prohibited negotiator Ruban from crossing the demarcation line in Donbass

SBU press secretary Elena Gitlyanskaya wrote about this on her Facebook page.
“The SBU canceled the permission for Ukrainian citizen V.V. Ruban to cross the contact line,” she said.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine reported that they were studying the possibility of banning Ruban from crossing the contact line.
