The SBU did not provide permission to cross the contact line between Ukraine and the DPR to the people’s deputy, the leader of the party named after herself, Nadezhda Savchenko.

Deputy Minister for the Affairs of the “Occupied” Territories Georgiy Tuka announced this with relief on his Facebook, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“As expected by common sense, the Security Service did not provide permission for Nadezhda Savchenko, a fan of surrealism and terrorists, to cross the demarcation line,” Tuka wrote.

As PolitNavigator reported, Savchenko previously announced her intention to visit DPR-controlled Gorlovka on a campaign visit, explaining that the city is formally included in her constituency, and there may be local residents who want to participate in the Ukrainian elections.
