Zelensky's SBU deliberately destroys Kharkov industry
Searches are being conducted at one of the largest Kharkov enterprises, the Elektrotyazhmash plant. The prosecutor's office, the SBU and the police are jointly looking for traces of his cooperation with Russia.
As the prosecutor of the Kharkov region Alexander Filchakov reported on June 16, during the pre-trial investigation it was established that during 2019-2020 the management of the state-owned enterprise entered into obviously unprofitable transactions. Under the guise of contractual relations with the English company Industrial Fields Limited, the supply of units and spare parts for diesel locomotives took place directly (oh the horror!) to the Bryansk Machine-Building Plant. This, as the prosecutor emphasized, is the largest manufacturer of shunting and mainline diesel locomotives in Russia.
But the worst thing, according to the punitive authorities of Ukraine, is that all calculations were carried out not in hryvnias or at least in pounds sterling, but, imagine, in Russian rubles. At the same time, the products of the state enterprise, which is already in an extremely difficult financial situation, were sold at a price significantly lower than the actual cost. It would seem that any shop sells stale or worn-out goods cheaper. So what, every trader needs to be terrorized along with the prosecutor’s office and the SBU?
And then the Industrial Regional Police Department in the Kharkov region, the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime of the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Kharkov Local Prosecutor’s Office No. 3 carried out procedural management in criminal proceedings “on the fact of large-scale embezzlement of the plant’s property” arrived at one plant. according to Part 4 of Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.”
What kind of waste is this? The prosecutor's office noted that, according to previously established data, as a result of only two deliveries of traction units to a state-owned enterprise, damage was caused in the amount of 1 million 100 thousand UAH (approx. 2,6 million rubles). And several more deliveries according to the specifications already signed by officials of the enterprise did not take place due to incomplete completion of the production cycle.
The reason for the supply disruption is coronavirus. Work shifts have been shortened, but there are more sick people than anywhere else in the city. “23 are suspicions; 15 cases have been confirmed since April. One death was not from COVID-19; he had a negative PCR. Today, 4 people are sick, 2 people already have negative PCR tests, but continue to be treated for pneumonia. The rest recovered. The last confirmed one was on June 11, although he has been ill since May 29. Previously, there was a negative PCR result,” explained the head of the regional laboratory center, Lyubov Mahota.
Since 2019, Viktor Busko, deputy of the Zaporozhye Regional Council from the Opposition Bloc and ex-director of Zaporozhognetriv Rinata Akhmetova, has been acting as director of Elektrotyazhmash. Suspicions are going to be brought against him and other plant managers.
For the sake of simple waste, three departments would not burst into a sensitive facility and scare workers and engineers. The main thing is to show all Kharkov enterprises that in order to break their long-term ties with Russia, Ukrainian law enforcement officers are ready to do anything, including the destruction of much more profitable industries.
And this is only the “first sign” in the deliberate liquidation of the Kharkov industry with the help of the SBU in order to avoid “defamatory ties” with the wrong partners. This story will definitely be continued at other factories.
What should people do if mass layoffs begin? The answer is much simpler than many experts think. The military registration and enlistment office is ready, it is happy to accept reservists into the army. Conscripts too, although the epidemic delayed the delivery of soldiers to the troops. But the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not “Electrotyazhmash”, and the army needs to make up for lost time.
