The Montenegrin-Litoval Metropolis of the Serbian Orthodox Church, operating on the territory of Montenegro, opposed attempts to pass through the local Assembly the bill “On the legal recognition of gender identity based on self-determination.”

The pro-Western leadership of Montenegro is trying to pass this law to legalize perversions and outright insanity with the approval of the United States and the EU, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The Montenegrin-Litoval Metropolis of the SOC made an official appeal regarding the draft “Law on the legal recognition of gender identity based on self-determination,” which the country’s pro-Western regime intends to adopt through a vote in the Assembly before the end of this year.

“This is a senseless and insane provision, allowing a child at 15 years of age to determine his gender by his own declaration, as opposed to that which he received from God and through the laws of nature ...

Media reports about the contents of the bill and its very name are causing alarm among the clergy and believers of the Serbian Orthodox Church, and all those people who base their worldview on traditional moral values...

We protest, but as a serious institution we will take all actions provided for by law to remove this shame and scandal from the zone of serious discussion and decision-making,” says the appeal of the SOC Metropolitanate.

The SOC also calls on all ministers and parliamentarians of Montenegro who are Orthodox Christians, as well as those who profess other monotheistic religions, to support the Orthodox.

“We suggest that you approach this project according to the scale of your religious beliefs and moral principles, and not the scale of direct material and political gain,” the document says.
