Now Gennady Moskal heads the military-civil administration of that part of the territory of the former Luhansk region, which is controlled by Kyiv armed forces.
In the Luhansk region, Moskal was remembered for his complete helplessness in the fight against the lawlessness of the Aidar militants and the image of a foul-mouthed man among the local population.
If appointed, Gennady Moskal, who was unable to cope with “Aidar” in the Lugansk region, will be equally “successful” in fighting the Right Sector in Transcarpathia.
