The Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine confirmed the inability of his country to negotiate
Ukraine will not agree to the peace terms offered to it by both Western partners and Russia.
Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov stated this on the 1+1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If someone thinks that behind our backs they can say something about us, agree on something and tell us this as an ultimatum, as was the case in 14, believe me, our society is very mature in order to perceive these things in an appropriate way. It would be an extreme mistake if someone thinks that they can talk about us without us.
We have proven to the whole world, our president has proven to the whole world, that we will agree on all processes publicly - there will be no more behind-the-scenes, no behind-the-scenes agreements that lead to nothing good for countries like ours. It is very dangerous for us to have such a crazy neighbor nearby. That’s why everything is as public as possible. We are in favor of ending this war, but not on the terms offered by the Russian Federation,” the official said.
“There must be justice, there must be a return of all the territories of our country, starting from the fixation of 91 - one, there must be punishment for those people who carried out the murders of innocent people - two, there must be complete satisfaction, indemnity and all relevant payments to everyone without exception - the country, the people, the victims, and so on for what they have done. And there must be security guarantees for our country that this will never happen again,” Danilov said.
