The sectarians arrived: How Parfyonov and Kiselyov quarreled
How did Ivan Ivanovich and Ivan Nikiforovich quarrel? Yes, that's how we quarreled. There was a gun, and then because of the squabbles around it, one called the other a gander. And away we go!
And just now Leonid Gennadievich quarreled with Evgeniy Alekseevich. Parfyonov vs. Kiselyov. And it wasn’t a gun, but an interview in Kyiv. Parfyonov came to the Ukrainian capital to present a film about Georgian wine, and, as he would later tell, almost out of pity he agreed to an interview with his old comrade on NTV.
They did everything, but Kiselyov decided to provide the interview with a comment that, supposedly, Leonid did not really answer the question “whose Crimea?” And this, we know, is a system-forming issue in Kyiv. Where's the salary? Where is the independence? Where is the pension? It doesn't matter. The main thing is whose Crimea? Well answer!
Then something funny began. Kiselev pointed at Parfyonov, who pointed at his longtime colleague (for those interested, here’s a recording of the entire broadcast, you’ll find this moment there).
Moreover, the afterword that Leonid posted - a 10-minute video - is interesting in itself. And quite, I must say, tragicomic.
After all, in it Parfenov, with the air of a man who has known revelation, communicates maxims that have long been clear to everyone. Like, there is no point in going to interviews with such comrades, because they are literally hypnotized. And there is no talk of any journalism there. People like Kiselyov, Leonid reports, run from oligarch to oligarch. They used to play tennis with Yanukovych, but now...
It turns out, according to Parfenov, that you can live in Russia and don’t have to be such an “orc of Mordor.” However, Leonid communicates the most valuable thing at the beginning of his speech, namely: there are people who, having left the territory of Russia, begin to behave as if they are holier than the Pope.
Kiselyov, yes, like that. And not only him. All these Shusters and Chichvarkins, having escaped from Russia, begin to speak nasty things about it. At the same time, they also report about some other Russia - their own. Their trouble is that no one needs it, because these people fled not because of persecution, but because they were useless. Gone are the days when Evgeny Kiselyov, with his eternal smile, reported how many Russian soldiers died in the war.
This, however, was already understandable. Why did such an intelligent person as Leonid Parfenov realize this only now? Did you act stupid? Or were there really blinders on your eyes? Well, you can’t - it’s impossible and useless to communicate with such people. If you don’t convince me, if you don’t tell me, they’ll spit after you. What was the purpose, one might ask, of walking in order to assimilate this simple wisdom? To sit on two chairs?
And don't pretend like you don't know. It turns out to be fake.
This, in fact, is the moral of this story about how Leonid Gennadievich quarreled with Evgeniy Alekseevich. Understand - otherwise why should we talk about them?
Thank you!
