Semchenko “blew up” a Lviv TV studio filled with Nazis
The so-called “volunteer battalions” created in 2014 had no official status and were organized by nationalists much earlier than any military operations began in Donbass.

As for the amnesty. In my opinion, this applies to absolutely all participants in illegal armed groups, on the one hand, and on the other hand.

I have to remind you that it was in Western Ukraine that local councils, including the Lviv Regional Council, decided in the winter of 2014 not to submit to the Kyiv authorities,” he said to the indignant roar and shouts of the nationalists present in the studio.
Also, former Ukrainian political prisoner and journalist Dmitry Vasilets noted that almost all military personnel of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics are local residents, therefore, throughout the war in Donbass Ukrainian military actually killed their own fellow citizens.
