Relatives of those killed in the crash of a Malaysian Boeing in Ukraine filed a claim for $900 against the former Minister of Defense of the Donetsk People's Republic Igor Strelkov, writes The Telegraph. A lawsuit on behalf of 18 families of the victims was filed in a Chicago court.

Meanwhile, the wife of former DPR Defense Minister Igor Girkin, Miroslava, told Kommersant FM that her husband refuses to comment on this lawsuit. “As a wife, I assert that Igor will not comment on this. What does he have to do with this anyway?” - she said.
The UN Security Council intends to vote on the creation of an international tribunal to investigate the causes of the crash of a Malaysian Boeing in the Donbass on July 21. Earlier it became known that the Malaysian UN delegation circulated a draft resolution of the organization’s Security Council demanding the creation of an international tribunal for an independent investigation into the case of the crash of the Boeing 777 in Ukraine.
The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed the opinion that other countries interested in investigating the crash of the Malaysian Boeing want to “slip under the rug” the idea of creating an international tribunal for the plane crash, which claimed the lives of more than 300 people.
