The Crimean authorities decided to transfer two Alushta boarding houses “KHIITovets” and “Dnepr”, which are in republican ownership, as a contribution to the capital of a new LLC, which is created under an investment agreement between the Council of Ministers and LLC “Veteran”.
“After including them in the authorized capital of the LLC, they will no longer be state property,” clarifies Crimean social activist Alexander Talipov.

As the Kryminform agency, close to the Crimean government, Veteran LLC is registered in Yalta, its director is Nina Vasilievna Tsareva, and the founder is Selbillyar LLC, owned by ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev.
The boarding house “Khiitovets” is located in the Professor’s Corner of Alushta. A small three-story building stands 50 meters from the sea. The boarding house has its own beach.
The boarding house "Dnepr" is also located on the embankment of the Professor's Corner.
Previously, the media reported that the Tsarev family controls the Kirov sanatorium in Yalta, as well as the former estate of the Romanov princes, the Ai-Todor children's sanatorium.
