Senator: Fake “hacking of Surkov’s mail” – Poroshenko’s attempt to distract attention from the failure to implement the Minsk agreements
The fake message released to the Ukrainian media about the “hacking of the mail” of Russian Presidential Aide Vladislav Surkov is intended to divert attention from the failure of Petro Poroshenko’s regime to comply with the signed Minsk agreements.
This was stated by Senator Olga Kovitidi today at a meeting of the Committee for Support of the South-East of Ukraine, which was held at the Federation Council in Moscow.

According to Kovitidi, Surkov advocates a political settlement of the conflict, while the Ukrainian authorities, on the contrary, are relying on the military option, not wanting to comply with the Minsk agreements.
“There are speeches addressed to Vladislav Surkov, who is a professional in his field and acts as an irritant because he carries out a certain peacekeeping position. Therefore, today we see that there is a blurring of the situation in the South-East and attempts to hide their failure in the political settlement of the conflict with all sorts of fakes and provocations,” Kovitidi said.
