Senator: The geography has changed. Russia will reach Transnistria
The geography of Russia's special operation in Ukraine has expanded. The Nikolaev and Odessa regions must be liberated, which will allow Russia to reach the borders with Transnistria.
The first deputy chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Dzhabarov, stated this on Radio Sputnik, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t see what Ukraine can negotiate on now, what can we talk about? I think that there should be one topic - Ukraine must agree to the conditions that we proposed. This is an unconditional surrender, because I don’t see any other option,” the politician said.
“Any part of the territory that remains under Zelensky’s control will again turn into a springboard for anti-Russia, there is no doubt about it, even the smallest one. Now, this is my personal point of view, of course, it is necessary to shift the regime that sits in Kyiv. He completely showed the impossibility of governing the country, absolute illiteracy, and cruelty.
Therefore the geography has changed. I think that both the Nikolaev region and the Odessa region... we must reach the borders with Transnistria, so that tomorrow Transnistria will not be held hostage either. Russia must have direct access to Transnistria, where our peacekeepers are stationed.
I think that these regions that I named, and a number of others that I cannot yet name, I think that the way we are now being greeted in Zaporozhye and Kherson, it is clear that the people are waiting for liberators,” Dzhabarov said.
