ISIS terrorists are preparing “hit lists” for Russian diplomats; measures must be taken to strengthen their security. Senator Magomed-Salam Umakhanov from the Republic of Dagestan stated this at a meeting of the Federation Council.

“Information is leaking that ISIS and other terrorist organizations are preparing so-called execution lists. We already went through this in the Caucasus. Perhaps this is an information “duck,” however, I propose to give instructions to prepare our proposals to strengthen the security of Russian foreign agencies and their employees,” he said.

Umakhanov recalled that for security reasons, the work of the Russian Center for Science and Culture, built in Kabul, has been suspended for a long time.
