One of his achievements in the post of acting. Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Andrei Senchenko believes that the water supply to Crimea via the North Crimean Canal will be cut off.
He stated this on air on the Kiev TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I, in fact, independently, exceeding my official authority, made a decision and agreed on it. Turchinov said: “Well, you’re probably right.” And we cut off the water supply to Crimea in the spring of 2014.
This is the most effective lever of pressure on the Kremlin today. Because they can generate electricity, they can steal gas, they can’t do anything with water. They will share it in circles until they leave Crimea,” Senchenko said.
