Former Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea and member of the political council of the Batkivshchyna party Andrei Senchenko stated this in an interview with Kraina magazine, answering the question of what will happen after the return of Crimea to Ukraine.
“The legislative power must now formulate the concept of the system that will reign at that time,” Senchenko believes. – And also – what will be the responsibility for crimes.
