Sentsov and the mokryaks are flying to Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada said
Russia and Ukraine have completed an exchange of prisoners. Now a plane is flying to the Kiev airport “Zhulyany”, on which there are crew members of Ukrainian Navy boats who participated in the provocation in the Kerch Strait, as well as “director” Oleg Sentsov, previously convicted of terrorism, one of the leaders of the UNA-UNSO Nikolai Karpyuk, a Ukrainian nationalist from Crimea Vladimir Balukh and others.
“The exchange is over: Sailors, Sentsov, Karpyuk, Balukh, Grib are flying home! We are waiting,” Verkhovna Rada employee Anna Islamova wrote on her Facebook page, whose message was also quoted by Prosecutor General Ruslan Ryaboshapka.
Ukrainian media, citing sources, report that President Vladimir Zelensky has already left for the airport to meet the plane.
Earlier there were reports in the press that the exchange should take place according to the formula 32 to 32.
