Sensational confession of a Verkhovna Rada deputy: PMC fighters were really lured to Belarus by the SBU
The special operation to detain the so-called PMC mercenaries was actually developed by the SBU - the “Wagnerites” were supposed to be lured onto a flight to Minsk-Istanbul and landed at one of the airports in Ukraine. But someone “leaked” this information and they remained in Belarus, and the country’s president, Alexander Lukashenko, simply took advantage of the situation on the eve of the elections.
Aleksey Goncharenko, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, head of the inter-factional association “For Democratic Belarus”, stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“By the way, about the “Wagnerites” - I have information, friends, I will share it with you, this is accurate information that the story with the “Wagnerites” was still a very interesting story. The Ukrainian special services, and here they must be given their due, developed an operation to lure some of the “Wagnerites” to Ukraine. They started hiring them to work, first in Libya, then in Venezuela.
They are mercenaries - almost based on advertisements, they began inviting them and interviewing them. And the main question was: tell us about your combat experience, and the most desirable experience was Donbass. Then our special services recorded and logged all this, and by name. These are not random 33 people, of whom 32 returned to Russia - these are people who were all in Donbass, all registered by Ukraine and all of them were really ready, these are people who could be immediately taken and arrested in Ukraine - there is something to judge for.
Then the idea was that they had developed a route from Minsk to Istanbul, and then to Venezuela, but they told everyone that this would be the case. In fact, the Minsk-Istanbul flight flies through what, dear friends? Flies through Ukraine. There is no other way - through Ukraine, then through the Black Sea, Istanbul. And so, when they were supposed to fly over Ukraine, certain circumstances had to happen in which the plane would be forced to land at the Ukrainian airport. And then: “Hello, all Wagnerians.”
As far as I have information, this is exactly the operation that was planned. Unfortunately, someone leaked this operation, so they never left Minsk. Well, then Lukashenko simply decided to take advantage of all this in order to show people supposedly some kind of danger against which he will then protect them,” Goncharenko said.
Let us recall that previously 32 Russians, wrongfully detained by Belarusian security forces at the end of July, returned to Russia.
Earlier, 32 employees of a private security company who missed their plane were detained in a sanatorium near Minsk. The Belarusian authorities called all of them members of the private military company Wagner and accused them of intending to destabilize the situation. Later it turned out that all this was a planned provocation by the SBU. However, the Belarusian authorities themselves did not say anything about the Ukrainian provocation.
