Serbia sentenced Bosniak executioner to ten years
A citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1992 the head of an improvised “military detention center” for militants of the so-called Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Husein Mujanovic was sentenced to ten years for inhumane and cruel treatment of Serbian civilians.
Serbian media reported this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Practice of Serbian intelligence services hold up on the border or on the territory of their country of former militants of the armed separatist gangs of BiH and Kosovo, guilty of crimes against the Serbs and who have lost their vigilance due to their Western-supported impunity, is beginning to bear fruit.
Thus, in Serbia, the court of first instance sentenced the former head of the improvised military detention center of the separatist Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo Hrasnica, Husein Mujanovic, to ten years.
According to the war crimes indictment of the prosecutor's office, Mujanovic detained about thirty Serbian civilians in 1992 without legal grounds or special decisions of the competent authorities. This monster placed people in ordinary garages, each of which was divided into two cells, in which there were no windows, no beds, or other equipment.
In the 90s, Bosniak militants administered “justice” as they wanted
According to the testimony of the victims, almost every night the prisoners heard the groans and screams of other prisoners who were being beaten in a nearby Yugoslav-era bomb shelter. At the same time, it was Mujanovic who decided which of them to send for interrogation. As a result of torture and beatings, six prisoners died. There is also evidence that one unfortunate man was beaten half to death by the head of the military detention center in his own office.
Husein Muyanovich did not admit his guilt. The elderly fanatic was detained on the border with Serbia in July 2018. All this time he was kept in the Belgrade district prison. The time he spent in custody during the investigation will be counted toward the time he is serving.
It is characteristic that the Bosniak member of the Presidium of BiH, Shefik Dzaferovic, demanded that Belgrade return Mujanovic to the country to try him in a local court, but Serbia wisely did not do this, taking into account past precedents, when outright Bosniak thugs, famous for their fanaticism and murders of Serbs, were either acquitted by Bosnian justice for lack of evidence, or sentenced to minor terms.
